Returns & Refunds

It is your responsibility to inspect your delivery as soon as it has arrived. In regards to any damage or defects, contact us immediately at info@greenandwell.co.uk

We offer a 30 day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and you will need proof of purchase.

Deliveries

Green & Well Botanics is not responsible for any delays that arise once the package has left our facility and is in the hands of the third-party courier.

Payment

We must receive full cleared payment of your order before we can dispatch your goods. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We will not be held liable or responsible for delays or non-delivery should your payment be rejected by your card issuer.
