Feeling on edge, anxious or stressed recently? Whilst a relaxing beach holiday might currently be off the cards, we can all do little things at home to help us unwind.
Meditation offers so many benefits to our mind, body and soul, including better sleep, improved focus, less stress and clearer decision making. Just a few minutes a day can be transformational over time.
To help you on your way to finding your zen, we've rounded up our favourite apps for all things wellness and meditation. All of these apps can be found on the app store and some are completely free, whilst others offer a free trial to try before you buy.
Happy relaxing!

This app is particularly suited to those who struggle to switch off and feel meditation isn’t their cup of tea. You’ll discover very practical teachings you can carry anywhere which are fun and engaging, making the confusion around meditation extremely straightforward and easy if you haven’t done it before. Each practice is designed to help you increase your joy, gratitude and love in life - with no magical thinking required!
Aura
One for those who are really short on time, Aura is an emotional health and sleep app that helps you relieve stress in just three minutes - think soothing your nerves before a job interview or first date! Discover mindfulness meditations, stories and life coaching hacks. They also offer a plethora of empowering and calming audio tracks to soothe you into a state of tranquillity and calm.
